Q: I want to purchase an item as a click-and-collect order but it's unavailable at my closest store. Do you transfer between stores?

Yes we do! If an item (or items) you're after are showing as out of stock at your preferred store and you'd like to pick them up rather than have them shipped, feel free to contact us to organise a transfer and we'll arrange one for you as soon as we can.

Alternatively, you're welcome to place an order for the item/s as a pick up from another store and leave a note for us requesting a transfer to your preferred store. We'll give you a call once they've arrived.

 

Q: Where do you ship from/to?

We currently only offer shipping across Australia. All products are shipped from New South Wales.

 

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is $9.95 flat rate.

Additionally, some of our products are unfortunately too large for us to ship. In the event an item you wish to purchase falls into this category, it will be offered a click-and-collect option only.

 

Q: What is your returns/exchange policy?

Wileaway does does not issue refunds for change of mind purchases. However, in the case your purchase is faulty in any way we are more than happy to do so. For change of mind purchases, we're happy to offer an immediate exchange or credit note of equal value providing that the product remains in saleable condition. Credit notes do not expire.

 

Q: Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do! Our gift cards have no expiry date and can hold any value. Please note, our gift cards are currently only offered in store.

 

Q: Can I use a gift card or credit note to purchase something online?

Yes you can! However, due to the nature of our gift card and credit note system you will need to contact us first so we can organise a corresponding code for you to use online.
